TAKE SOME TIME OFFLINE

The internet has given us so many new possibilities. You can find virtually everything there, it has answers to almost any question. It’s also a wonderful way to connect with each other, get inspired, plan stuff etc. Like a giant, never-ending spider-web of opportunities.

But what happens if it all becomes too much? When there’s too much information flowing, too much news to keep up with, too many conversations to keep track of? If it all starts affecting your well-being?

Then you should get out. Go offline. It does wonders for your mental and physical health. Stretch your limbs and (if the weather allows) get outside. Touch grass (it is said to ground the nervous system). And perhaps just be. Let yourself exist in this moment in time.

Maybe plan an outing with friends and put your phone on airplane-mode. Get crafty and make something. Take a walk and listen to birds. Or the wind. Or the sounds of the neighbourhood.

We hope that some of these suggestions are helpful to you! If you have more ideas on how to enjoy life without being online all the time, let us know in the comments below 🧡
